1. Has the Filter been Changed Monthly?

2. How Long has the A/C or Heat been turned on?

3. At what temperature is the Thermostat set on?

       Have you left the Thermostat Temperature set on that temperature for an extended period of
        time?

       Is the Thermostat set on Cool or Heat as it should be or is set on Fan?

4. Are the Cold Air Returns (if any) in the Apartment unobstructed as not to restrict airflow? The A/C
     will cool much better if the airflow in the Apartment is not restricted.

5. Maximum Cooling that can be achieved is 15 degrees to 20 degrees below the ambient (outside)
     temperature.
