TIPS TO ACHIEVE THE MAXIMUM HEATING OR COOLING TEMPERATURES:
1.  Change Filter Monthly     (12 times per year)

2.  When changing the filter, purchase the spun type filters (they look like a spider web) instead of the
  pleated filters.  The pleated filters restrict air flow which is not good.

3.  Set the Thermostat on this Range 68 degrees to 72 degrees and LEAVE it set.  Do NOT Turn it OFF and
  ON or UP and DOWN.  The A/C will not cool effectively if these instructions are not followed.

4.  Keep the Windows & Doors to the Apartment Closed.
