              March 30, 2007
              Dear Resident,

              We were informed by a Resident at Pebblebrook that they had their vehicle towed
              and impounded by the Village of Anna after they came home from a 4 to 5 day business
              trip.

              It seems the Village of Anna has a 72 hour policy that if a car is parked on the street
              (Brookside Drive) and has not moved during those 72 hours then it will be towed ($95)
              and impounded ($15 Per Day).

              We believe this might have been a result of the Village not being able to snow plow   
              Brookside Drive when we had a snow storm.  However, to be safe, Residents should
              not park their vehicles for 72 hours without being moved at anytime to avoid being
              towed by the Village.

              This information provided will result in saving our Valued Residents time, money and
              what we are sure would be a high degree of frustration.
