1. Is a Security Deposit required and if so how much is the security deposit?
Yes, a Security Deposit is required and it is always the same amount as the monthly rental rate.
2. What is the standard lease term?
We like to see a lease term of 1 year; shorter terms are avaiable but at slightly higher rates.
3. Are pets allowed at the apartment rentals and townhome rentals?
Cats and dogs standing no taller than 14" high and weighing no more than 20 lbs. are
permitted. (Pet fee and monthly pet rent required) (Please no pets allowed at Carriage Hill

4. Is there an application process to obtain an apartment rental with First Troy Corp. Rentals?
Yes. Every applicant is required to fill out an application and is subject to a credit check, rental
reference check and employment verification.
5. Are any utilities paid for any of the apartment rentals or townhome rentals?
At some of the rental properties the water, sewer and trash are paid. The following rental
apartments pay the water, sewer and trash:
* Heather Green North Apartments * Brookwood Place Apartments- Sidney
* Heather Green West Apartments * Carriage Hill Apartments- Sidney
